Summary of Us
Susan and Ted are both Native Californians´ married 24 years and have been best friends for over 40. Ted has a Ph.D. in Business Psychology and is the best Assistant/Husband you can imagine. Together we make an unbeatable team and provide 5 star customer service. We were married in 1983, moved to Maui sight unseen and committed to one year. We loved it and knew Maui was our home forever. Prior to our career in Real Estate Ted did Business Consulting and I was a Cosmetologist. We owned a chain of hair salons and finished that phase of our life in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. We have managed to live in the best places. Our background has always been about customer service.
About Us
Fox Foundation was established in 1955 to educate the men, women, and children who wanted to succeed in life, on a personal or professional level, who did not have the means or vision to implement their goals to achieve their dreams. By implementing strong leadership skills, detailed business plans, and extreme focus on the purpose of the plan, Fox Foundation has championed many public causes for the people and communities it has supported. It helped develop a public park for families in Malibu, CA, develop a skateboard park for the youth of Incline Village, NV, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charitable causes such as the American Cancer Society, Cystic-Fibrosis Foundation, and various Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Fox Foundation's long term goal is to create a school for phonics, where those who are willing, can learn to read and write for free.
Dr. Ted Fox is the founder of Fox Foundation. Ted has his Ph.D. in Business Psychology. He has successfully owned and operated several businesses, including a refrigeration company, children's clothing store, and several hair and retail centers. He has served on the board of many prestigious organizations, including co-chairman of Governor Reagan's Early Childhood Education Committee for the state of California.
Susan Fox is the CEO of Fox Foundation, has been licensed in Real Estate since 1987 and has her Real Estate Brokers license as well as the GRI designation (Graduate Realtors® Institute), and ABR designation (Accredited Buyer´s Representative). Currently holds the position of Director of the Maalaea Community Association in Maui, Hawaii. Susan, along with Ted, has successfully owned and operated several hair and retail centers. She has served on the board of the Orange County Cosmetology Association and the Orange County Hair Fashion Committee.
Ted and Susan have worked together as a team for over 25 years establishing and operating many successful businesses. Their combined experience, communication skills, and organizational abilities have proven to be the backbone of their success. Ted and Susan specialize in consulting with individuals who have the drive to be entrepreneurs but need the direction on how to go the distance and succeed in business, and individuals who have already taken the plunge to entrepreneurism, but have a business plan that has failed them.
Ted and Susan have been married for over 24 years. Their many successes in life have afforded them their dream lifestyle of living a semi-retired life on the tropical island of Maui, Hawaii. Although they have family on the mainland and visit often, the spirit of Aloha is woven into their hearts. They spend their free time enjoying each others company, strolling hand-in-hand along the white sandy beaches collecting seashells, and lounging on their lanai watching the breathtaking sunsets fade into the dark skies above while listening to the roaring sounds of the ocean waves crash against the rocks below.
